01/15/16 – The New York State Police, Highland BCI announce the arrests of 43 year old Timothy C. Knight of Highland, NY, 36 year old Christine McGlinchey of Wappingers Falls, NY, and 31 year old Alicia Lickteig of Highland, NY, each for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree (a class A misdemeanor).

On 01/14/16, New York State Police patrols conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle operated by Timothy C. Knight while on State Route 44/55 in the Town of Lloyd for speeding. A subsequent investigation found that Knight’s driver’s license was suspended. A search of the vehicle and its occupants yielded the discovery of heroin, a hypodermic needle, paraphernalia containing heroin residue and crack cocaine residue, Oxycodone and marijuana. Knight was found to individually possess a quantity of heroin that he concealed on his person.  Knight was arrested and charged with three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree, Tampering with Physical Evidence (a class E felony) a unlawful Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument (a class A misdemeanor). McGlinchey was arrested and processed on two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree and Unlawfully Possession of Marijuana (a violation).  Lickteig was a charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree.

All three defendants were released upon being issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Lloyd Court on 01/21/16 at 4pm.
