Pawling Rotary’s Speaker Program is Underway

Two Tuesdays a month, Pawling Rotary invites community or area residents with interest in sharing their passion in business or service, to speak to the club membership. On Tuesday, January 12, Pawling Rotary hosted Amy Emke, the drama teacher and program director for the ACE Kids after-school theatre program, and Jessica Vanacoro, the director of the Camp Herrlich Advantage After School Program, (the umbrella under which the ACE Kids program operates), at their regular weekly lunch meeting. Both spoke enthusiastically about their contributions to extracurricular arts education in Pawling Elementary and Middle Schools.
Camp Herrlich’s Advantage After School Program operates after-school programs in several communities, including programs at Kent Elementary and Matthew Patterson Elementary. They also have a middle school program serving George Fisher Middle School students at Camp Herrlich.
