Cortlandt man charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated following one-car crash

Cortlandt, New York – On January 13, 2016, New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks arrested Terrance C. Bowdren, 43 years old, of Cortlandt, New York, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.

Troopers were dispatched to investigate a one-car rollover auto collision that occurred in the area of Old Locust Road in the Town of Cortlandt.  Following an investigation, it was discovered that Bowdren was intoxicated at the time of the crash.

Bowdren supplied a positive breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content
of .21%, more than two times the legal limit of intoxication.  He was issued traffic tickets directing him to appear before the Town of Cortlandt Court on
January 25, 2016.
