Town of Ulster man arrested for Exposure of a Person

On January 7, 2016 the New York State Police – Bureau of Criminal Investigation SP Kingston arrested Jason Demeter, 23 of Lake Katrine, NY for Exposure of a Person. Troopers observed Jason Demeter sitting naked in the driver seat of his vehicle parked on side of roadway yelling. Demeter was issued an appearance ticket for Exposure of a Person (Violation) returnable to the Town of Ulster court on January 13, 2016 at 1:30 p.m.
