State Police investigate criminal mischief to school buses in Somers

Somers, New York – On January 4, 2016 at approximately 6:00 a.m., the New York State Police in Somers were dispatched to Somers High School, located on Primrose Street, for a reported criminal mischief complaint.
Somers school bus employees arrive at the bus garage this morning and observe that numerous buses were vandalized.
The school district has announced a 2 hours delay in order to prepare for morning transportation.
The incident remains under investigation and anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to contact the New York State Police in Somers by calling (914) 769-2600.
