Stanford man charged with predatory sexual assault against a 12-year-old child

Stanford, New York – On Thursday, December 30, 2015, the New York State Police in Poughkeepsie arrested 21-year-old Jesse J. Kipp, of Stanford, New York, for Predatory Sexual Assault Against a Child, a Class A-II Felony.
The charges stem from an incident that occurred in the Town of Stanford where it is alleged that Kipp had sexual contact with a 12-year-old child.
Kipp was arraigned in the Town of LaGrange Justice Court at which time he was committed to the Dutchess County Jail without bail. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Stanford Court at a later date.
