On 12/22/15, the Village of Chester Police Department notified the New York State Police at Highland of a possible gas station/convenient store burglary in the Town of Plattekill.  The Village of Chester Police Department stated that they had just conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle occupied by Justin J.
