Dover man charged with Burglary

Dover, New York – On December 18, 2015, New York State Police from the Dover Plains arrested 24-year-old Michael C. Green of Dover, New York, for three counts of Burglary in the 2^nd Degree, a Class C Felony.

In December of 2015, Troopers received a complaint of two residential burglaries that occurred at Powell Trailer Park. During the course of the investigation, Green was identified as a suspect.  Green was charged with burglarizing one of the homes on two separate dates in addition to a neighboring home.

Green was arraigned before the Town of Dover Justice Court and remanded to the Dutchess County in lieu of $50,000 cash bail or $100,000 bond.  He is scheduled to reappear in the Town of Dover Court January 11, 2016.
