Cortlandt woman arrested following crash investigation

Cortlandt, New York – On December 15, 2015, New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks arrested 25-year-old Brianna C. Kelly of Cortlandt Manor, New York, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Class E Felony.
Troopers were dispatched to Locust Avenue for a reported one-car auto collision. Troopers arrived on scene and located a 2000 Chrysler Sebring off of the roadway. The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, Kelly, was found to be intoxicated at the time of the crash.
Kelly was charged with Felony DWI when an investigation revealed that she was convicted of a DWI related offense in 2013. The defendant was issued traffic tickets directing her to appear before the Town of Cortlandt Justice Court on December 21, 2015 at 9:00 a.m.
