Edwards was arrested and did not return to court to answer the charges. An arrest warrant was issued by the Town of Monroe Court.

JAMES E. SMILEY is currently wanted by the New York State Police in Endwell. In November 2003, Smiley was arrested after an investigation determined he took unlawful pictures of two girls under the age of 17. After missing court dates the Town of Maine issued a warrant for the arrest of SMILEY.

On October 13, 2008, Dunchik was found to be in possession of approximately two pounds of marihuana subsequent to a United States Border Patrol stop on State Route 11 in the Town of Chateaugay.
