State Police continue to investigate sex offense following Dover man’s October arrest

On October 12, 2015, The New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation at SP Dover Plains arrested Albert R. Cline Jr., 32 years old, of Dover, New York, for Forcible Touching and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, both Class A Misdemeanors.
Cline was arrested after an investigation revealed that he inappropriately touched a 14 year old girl.
Cline was remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or bond on October 12, 2015.
