Germantown woman arrested following crash investigation

Greenport, New York – On December 6, 2015, New York State Police from the Livingston barracks arrested Michelle E. Walker, 41 years old, of Germantown, New York, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.

Troopers were dispatched to investigate a one-car auto collision that occurred on County Route 14 in the area of Howe Road.  Following an investigation conducted at the scene, Walker was found to be intoxicated at the time of the crash.

Walker provided a breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .19% and was issued traffic tickets directing her to appear before the Town of Greenport Court on December 14, 2015 at 3:00 p.m.

The State Police were assisted by Greenport Rescue Squad.
