Resolution 2015119                              Payment of Bills for the Town of Pawling

Whereas, The Town of Pawling Bookkeeper has reviewed and prepared the vouchers and has offered them for review, and

Whereas, the vouchers have been approved in accordance with the Town of Pawling policy, and

Whereas, the vouchers have been numbered 20151656 to 2015__, now therefore, be it

Resolved, that the Pawling Town Board hereby accepts the vouchers as prepared and on the recommendation of the Bookkeeper hereby authorizes payment of said vouchers for the Town of Pawling on this date in the amount of $__.

Resolution 2015120                                      Facility Use Requests – Waiver / Fees

Whereas, the Town of Pawling operates facilities that from time to time will be used by the public for events other than the Town’s own usage, and

Whereas, the Director of Recreation will periodically receive request to waive the fees, and

Whereas, the Town Board sets the fees for the use of facilities, now, therefore, be it

Resolved, that the following fees / waiver(s) have been authorized by the Town Board:

10:00am – 10:30am – Wiggle, Giggle & Bounce
(Birth – 18 months)

Main Library

Infants & parents will participate in lively 30 minute sessions that include music, movement, body rhymes, nursery rhymes, listening to books and LOTS of hugs! Registration is required.

11:00am – 12:00pm – Playspace
(18 months & up)

Community Room

  Helping young children learn to share and play together is a challenge! BRING A TOY and your little one for an hour of group playtime for the children and parent time for you! Parents must stay with children in the community room. Playgroup is open to children ages 18 months & up. Younger siblings are welcome, but must be directly supervised by a parent. Registration is required. Please call the library at 855-3444.

Join Ms. Karen as she reads some of her favorite stories and see if you can guess what we’ll make to go with the story. Then we’ll head over to the community room to enjoy a craft she has concocted from her craft closet. This is a program that is sure to inspire your love of books and your creativity!
