Alberto J. Santiago (D.O.B. – 12/29/66) is wanted by the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department and a Putnam County Superior Bench Warrant was issued September 4, 1997 and an Bench Warrant was issued on October 24, 1997 to answer the charges of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of Motor Vehicle 1st, Driving while Intoxicated (D.W.I.) and Bail Jumping 2nd.
