Middletown man arrested on sex offense charge

PRESS RELEASE

On November 24, 2015, the Orange County Child Abuse Unit, which is comprised of members from the New York State Police, Village of Goshen Police, City of Port Jervis Police and Orange County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 26 year old Middletown man for the class D Felony of Sexual Abuse in the First Degree and for the class the A Misdemeanor of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

State Police arrested and charged WILLIAM PASQUALE, age 26, of Middletown, N.Y. following an investigation of a report to the New York State Child Abuse Hotline. The one month investigation was conducted in conjunction with the Orange County Department of Social Services – Child Protective Services. The investigation revealed that Mr. PASQUALE did touch the sexual parts of a female who was less than eleven years old and had her touch his sexual parts also. The victim and Mr. PASQUALE were known to each other.
