Peekskill man arrested following larceny investigation

Cortlandt, New York – On November 19, 2015, New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks arrested 26-year-old Eric T. Flores of Peekskill, New York, for two counts of Petit Larceny, a Class A Misdemeanor.

On November 19, 2015, Troopers were dispatched to Kohl’s department store for a larceny complaint.  Loss prevention reported that a shoplifter was observed concealing clothing underneath his jacket and then exited the store failing to pay for the merchandise.

Further investigation revealed that the suspect, who identified himself as Flores, had stolen a jacket from Kohl’s on November 17th.

Flores posted $300 station bail and was released with an appearance ticket directing him to appear before the Town of Cortlandt Court on November 23, 2015.
