Somers, New York – On November 18, 2015, New York State Police from the Somers barracks arrested 34-year-old Carlos H. Criollo of Tarrytown, New York, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor, and other vehicle and traffic violations.

Troopers were dispatched to an erratic vehicle complaint on State Route 100 in the Town of Somers.  The caller reported that a Ford F350 failed to maintain its designated lane of travel.    The suspect vehicle was subsequently located and stopped by the responding officer.  While interviewing the driver of the vehicle who identified himself as Criollo, Troopers observed clues that indicated he was intoxicated at the time of the traffic stop.

Criollo supplied a breath sample that yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of .14% and was issued traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Somers Court on November 30, 2015.
