Two arrested in Catskill for drug charges

     On November 11, 2015, State Police at Catskill arrested MARSHALL R. TUCKER, age 34 and JESSICA L. SANDOR, age 39, both of Catskill, N.Y. for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd (B Felony) and 4 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child (A Misdemeanor). TUCKER was additionally charged with 3 counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd (D Felony).

     The arrests were the result of an investigation into drug sales in the Town of Catskill which was conducted by the State Police, Greene County District Attorney’s Office and The Greene County Sheriff’s Office. The investigation led to the execution of a search warrant at a residence shared by TUCKER and SANDOR where a quantity of heroin, drug packaging materials, drug paraphernalia, a loaded handgun, rifle and two daggers were recovered in the presence of four school aged children, ages 6, 8 10 and 12).

     TUCKER and SANDOR were both arraigned before T/J Wooton, T/Catskill Court. TUCKER was committed to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $100,000.00 cash or $200,000.00 bond and SANDOR was committed in lieu of $50,000.00 cash or $100,000.00 bond.
