Traffic stop leads to Driving While Intoxicated arrest

Greenburgh, New York – On November 7, 2015, New York State Police from the Hawthorne barracks arrested Denise M. Apostle, 43 years old, of Ardsley, New York, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.

Troopers stopped a 2013 Volvo traveling on the Sprain Brook Parkway for failing to utilize a directional signal.  The driver of the vehicle, Apostle, was found to be intoxicated at the time of the stop.

Apostle provided a breath sample that yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of 0.12% and was issued traffic tickets directing her to appear before the Town of Greenburgh Court on November 19, 2015 at 2:00 p.m.
