New York State Police at Highland report the arrest Kevin J. Coyle, age 32, of Gardiner, NY. Coyle charged with the felony of Vehicular Assault 1st degree as well as the misdemeanor of Driving While Impaired by Drugs.
Montgomery was arrested after a multi-vehicle personal injury accident in which two people sustained serious injuries. The accident occurred in the Town of Gardiner on June 7, 2015.
Coyle was arraigned in the Town of Lloyd Court by Town Justice Elia. He was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail, $5,000 bond. Coyle is due to return to the Town of Gardiner Court on November 12, 2015.
