New York State Police at Highland report the arrest of David D. Montgomery, age 32, of Highland, NY. Montgomery is charged with two counts of the felony Disseminating Indecent Material to Minors in the 1st degree as well as 17 counts of the misdemeanor Criminal Contempt in the 2nd degree.
Montgomery was arrested after it was determined that he had violated an order of protection numerous times. That order was issued in April when Montgomery was arrested for the same felony offense.
Montgomery was arraigned in the Town of Lloyd Court by Town Justice Elia. He was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $75,000 cash bail, $100,000 bond. Montgomery is due to return to the Town of Lloyd Court on November 10, 2015.
