Catskill man arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child

PRESS RELEASE

The New York State Police – Catskill BCI announce the arrest of 28 year old, Trevor Armstead, of Catskill, NY, for Endangering the Welfare of a Child (a class A Misdemeanor) and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 2nd degree (an unclassified misdemeanor).
During the course of an unrelated larceny investigation, Armstead was interviewed at his residence. During the interview, it was apparent that a 1 year old child was present while drugs were being used. In addition, Armstead had been observed operating a motor vehicle, despite the fact that his license was suspended numerous times.
Armstead was arraigned in the Village of Catskill Court and remanded to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $1500 cash bail or $5000 bond.  Armstead to reappear in Court on 11/5/15 at 6pm.
