Schoharie man arrested for Grand Larceny 4th

PRESS RELEASE

On November 2, 2015, New York State Police at Catskill arrested CHARLES P. STEWART, age 33, of Schoharie, N.Y.  for Grand Larceny 4^th degree(a class E felony).

The arrest was the result of a complaint that STEWART was paid $2,000 for a construction job which he never performed. Stewart was doing business under the name of Forrest Builders located in Schoharie, N.Y.

STEWART was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Cairo Court on 11/17/15.
