PRESS RELEASE
State Police Catskill charged Jennifer Pascuzzi age 30 of Coxsackie NY for Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument in the second degree a Class D Felony. The arrest of Pascuzzi, was the result of an investigation into forged NYS Prescriptions at the Hoerning Pharmacy Hope Plaza Coxsackie NY. Pascuzzi was arraigned before Town of Coxsackie Justice Thomas Fori and remanded to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond.
