Leslie E. White, Jr., a resident of Stormville, formerly of Peekskill, NY, died on Monday November 2, 2015. He was 67 years old. Mr. White was born on December 13, 1947 in Ossining to Leslie E. and Mary Daley White, Sr. He graduated from Peekskill High School, Class of 1967. Upon graduation, he joined the US Marine Corps, proudly serving in Vietnam. After his service, Mr. White returned home to Peekskill and worked locally, eventually retiring from the Highway Department in the Town of Cortlandt. Mr. White is survived by his wife, Lee Hill White, daughters Wendy (Scott)Falgiano, Shannon (Michael)Grundig, stepdaughter Nicole McGuire, grandchildren Michael and Emma Grundig, Scott Falgiano, Jr., Daniel J. Miller, his brother Gary (Valerie) White, sisters Nancy ( Tom) Cottrell, Patricia (Leroy)Tahy, Marianne (Peter) Bub, and many nieces and nephews. Leslie is predeceased by his parents. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, November 6, at 10 AM, Assumption Church, Peekskill, followed by interment at Hillside Cemetery, Cortlandt Manor. Visiting at 1100 Cortlandt St. Peekskill, on Thursday 2 -4 , 7 -9 PM.
