An investigation revealed that Alperin fraudulently used the victim’s personal bank account information to steal over $4,900. Alperin obtained the victim’s bank account information when selling merchandise at a local craft fair. Alperin is believed to be in Ashville, NY.

John F. Dumas Jr. is wanted by the State Police and the Town of Bellmont Court on the above charge. On August 27, 2015, a 2009 Yamaha jet-ski and trailer were stolen from a yard on State Route 374 in the Town of Bellmont. Prior to the jet-ski being reported stolen, it was observed being towed by a vehicle occupied by Dumas and two co-defendants.

CHRISTOPHER R. MACDOWELL is currently wanted by the New York State Police in Sidney. In May 2013, he was arrested after a traffic stop for unlawfully possessing Percocet and marihuana in Sidney, NY. MACDOWELL failed to show in court and in October of 2013, the Town of Sidney Court issued an arrest warrant. MACDOWELL has a tattoo/art of a cross on his right arm.

Muhammad Riaz is wanted by the New York State Police and Nassau County First District Court. In 2008, Riaz was involved in a personal injury auto accident on the Southern State Parkway, and was later arrested for the above charges. The defendant was operating a black Honda at the time of the accident. Riaz has used several addresses in the Shirley and Brentwood areas of Long Island.
