Pennsylvania man charged with Driving While Intoxicated following crash investigation

Greenburgh, New York – On November 1, 2015, New York State Police from the Hawthorne Station arrested Joshua L. Thompson, 24 years old, of Horsham, Pennsylvania, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.

Troopers were dispatched to investigate a one-car crash in the area of mile post marker 6.3 north bound on the Sprain Brook Parkway.   The driver of the vehicle, Thompson, was found to be intoxicated at the time of the crash.

Thompson provided a breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .13% and was released after he posted $300 station bail.  He is due to appear in the Town of Greenburgh court on November 10, 2015 at 9:30 a.m.
