State Police arrest three Monroe men for reckless endangermnet and menacing

State Police in Monroe have arrested three men for reckless endangerment in connection with a series of incidents in Kiryas Joel and in the Town of Monroe.

Andrew Ippoliti, age 18, Myroslav Kobernyk, age 18 and Patrick Boss, age 20, all from Monroe used BB guns to shoot at individuals and vehicles over a three day period.  No serious injuries were reported.  State Police were alerted by the Town of Chester Police Department of the arrest of subjects following some criminal mischief complaints that the Town of Chester Police were handling.

Ippoliti was charged with three counts of Reckless Endangerment 2nd and Menacing 2nd degree.  Kobernyk and Boss were charged with one count each of Reckless Endangerment 2nd and Menacing 2nd degree.

All three subjects were arraigned at the Town of Monroe Justice Court where they posted bail and were ordered to return at a later date.
