Millbrook woman arrested for possession of crack cocaine following traffic stop

Pleasant Valley, New York – On October 19, 2015, New York State Police from the Poughkeepsie barracks arrested Sue A. Weaver, 54 years old, of Millbrook, New York, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor.
Weaver was stopped on State Route 44 for operating a vehicle with an expired state inspection sticker. Following an investigation conducted by the State Police, Weaver was found to possess a glass smoking device that contained crack cocaine.
