PRESS RELEASE
Cornwall, NY – On October 17, 2015 at approximately 8:40 a.m., State Police responded to the report of a 2 vehicle collision on I-87. The investigation determined the operator of a 2011 BMW sideswiped a camper being towed by a 2015 GMC. The driver of the BMW, Victoria A. Gonzalez, 23 of Hyde Park, NY was found to be in possession of heroin. Gonzalez was transported and processed at SP Newburgh where she was charged with:
- Criminal Possession Controlled Substance 7th Degree, Class A Misdemeanor
Gonzalez was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Cornwall Court on October 28, 2015 at 5:30 p.m.
