MICHAEL A. SPIAK is wanted by the State Police and the Town of LaGrange Court following a burglary investigation in the summer of 2015. Spiak was arrested in August of 2015. The Town of LaGrange Court issued a warrant ordering Spiak’s arrest in October of 2015 when he failed to appear for a court appearance. Spiak is believed to be in the Dutchess County area.

LUISANA VAZQUEZ is wanted by the State Police and the Town of Tupper Lake Court on the above drug charge. During a traffic stop on July 17, 2014, Vazquez was found in possession of heroin. She is believed to be in the Rochester or Syracuse area.

Richard Jamison was arrested for collecting $3,900 in unemployment benefits from October 2011 through January 2012. Jamison falsely claimed that he was unemployed when, in fact, he was employed. He has failed to pay restitution and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest out of the Town of Newburgh Court.

Patrick Johnson is wanted by the Monroe County Sheriff’s Department and the New York State Police on a Monore County bench warrant for a violation of probation and DWI. Johnson has a history of resisting arrest and recently ran from the Monroe County Sheriff’s Department when they attempted to stop him for a traffic violation. Johnson’s last known address is on E. Henrietta Road.

Aisha Butt wanted by the New York State Police and Nassau County First District Court for the above charges. In 2015, Butt was stopped for speeding on the Southern State Parkway and was later arrested for DWI and Unlicensed Operation. She was operating a black Chevrolet at the time of her arrest. The defendant’s last known address is in Deer Park, NY.

On June 9, 2009 Howard was traveling on the New York State Thruway when he was stopped by State Police for speeding. During the course of the Trooper’s investigation it was determined that Howard was intoxicated.
