Hyde Park man arrested following larceny complaint

Wappinger, New York – On October 7, 2015, New York State Police from the Wappinger barracks arrested David J. Marrine, 26 years old, of Hyde Park, New York, for Falsifying Business Records 1st Degree, a Class E Felony, and Grand Larceny 3rd Degree, a Class D Felony.

Troopers were contacted on October 6, 2015 to investigate a larceny that occurred in the Town of Wappinger.  Marrine, an employee of the Stewarts Shop located on Route 9D, was found to have skimmed over $12,000 from the Stewarts Shop ATM over a period of time.

Marrine was arraigned before the Town of Wappinger Justice Court and released under the supervision of Dutchess County Probation.   The defendant is scheduled to reappear before the Town of Wappinger Court on October 18, 2015.
