Connecticut woman arrested for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated in Dover , more than three times the legal limit of intoxication

Dover, New York – On September 28, 2015, New York State Police from the Dover barracks arrested 23-year-old Tracey J. Howard, of Gaylordsville, Connecticut, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, an unclassified Misdemeanor.

Troopers stopped a vehicle traveling on State Route 55 that was unable to maintain its designated lane of travel.  The driver of the vehicle, identified as Howard, was found to be intoxicated at the time of the stop.

Howard provided a breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .26%, more than three times the legal limit of intoxication.  She was arraigned before the Town of Dover Justice Court and released on her own recognizance.  She is scheduled to re-appear before the Town of Dover Court on October 29, 2015.
