Mahopac man charged with Driving While Intoxicated

Cortlandt, New York – On September 26, 2015, New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks arrested 40-year-old Salomon O. Aguirre, of Mahopac, New York, for Driving While Intoxicated, an unclassified Misdemeanor.

Troopers stopped the vehicle Aguirre was operating on State Route 6 for erratic operation. Following an investigation, Aguirre was found to be intoxicated.

Aguirre provided a breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .14% and was issued Traffic Tickets directing him to appear before the Town of Cortlandt Court on October 9, 2015.
