New York City man charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated

Yorktown, New York – On September 27, 2015, New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks arrested Wilson A. Hernandez, 25 years old, of Jamaica, New York, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.

Troopers stopped the vehicle Hernandez was operating for failing to maintain its lane of travel. Following an invistigation, Hernandez was found to be intoxicated.

The defendant provided a breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .20% and was issued Traffic Tickets returnable to the Town of Yorktown Court on October 13, 2015 at 7:00 p.m.
