Fishkill man arrested following vehicle and traffic stop

PRESS RELEASE

East Fishkill, New York – On September 25, 2015, New York State Police from the Stormville barracks arrested Timothy B. Mackey, 56 years old, of Fishkill, New York, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor, and Driving While Intoxicated, an unclassified Misdemeanor.

Troopers stopped the vehicle Mackey was operating on Interstate 84 for speeding on the Taconic State Parkway.  Subsequent to an investigation conducted by police, Mackey was found to be intoxicated.  He also was charged for possessing cocaine.

Mackey provided a breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .15% and was issued appearance tickets directing him to appear before the Town of East Fishkill Court on September 30, 2015 at 4:00 p.m.
