Traffic stop leads to the arrest of three men for drug possession

East Fishkill, New York – On September 23, 2015, New York State Police from the Stormville barracks arrested 22-year-old Tyrin T. Gayle of Newburgh, Gabriel D. Warren, 22 years old, of Newburgh, and 23-year-old Gary E. Dunlap, Jr., of Peekskill, New York, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor.
Troopers stopped a 2001 Audi traveling on the Taconic State Parkway at a high rate of speed. Warren, who was operating the Audi, and his two passengers were found to possess approximately 1.2 grams of heroin. Warren was additionally charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, a Violation.
The defendants were arraigned before the Town of East Fishkill Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $2500 cash bail or $5,000 bond.
