Surplus County Vehicles & Equipment

Poughkeepsie…Over 70 vehicles and equipment items are currently available for bid during Dutchess County’s Surplus Vehicle & Equipment Auction, being conducted online at https://www.aarbids.com/. Vehicles available for bid include police vehicles, passenger vans, pickups, dump trucks, buses and SUVs. Equipment items available for bid include trailers, mowers, and more. The online auction is underway now until 7:00pm on Tuesday, October 6th.

Vehicles and equipment can be previewed on October 2nd, 5th and 6th from 9:00am to 3:00pm at the Dutchess County Auto Center, located at 570 Salt Point Turnpike in Poughkeepsie. These items will be started up only on the last day of the auction, October 6th from 1-3pm.

Absolute Auctions & Realty, Inc. is conducting the online auction. All bidders must register online athttps://www.aarbids.com/html/register.htm and select “Dutchess County Surplus Vehicle & Equipment Auction.” All items are sold “as-is.” All lots must be paid in full before picking up. Vehicles must be paid by cash, bank check, or money order only. Equipment items can be paid by PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, cash or good check. There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium for cash or check and 13.5% for PayPal or credit card. Payment must be made by 3:00pm onThursday, October 8th at the Absolute Auctions Center in Pleasant Valley. Winning bidders must pick up their vehicles and equipment at the Auto Center no later than 3:00pm on Tuesday, October 13th.
