Durham man arrested for drug sales

PRESS RELEASE

On 9/9/15 State Police Catskill with the Town of Durham Police arrested  Stephen C Sanders  54 years old of County Route 22 Durham NY for 2 counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 5th degree a Class D Felony and 2 Counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th degree a Class D Felony.   Sanders was indicted by a Greene County Grand Jury following and investigation by State Police Catskill, The Greene County District Attorneys Office, Greene County Sheriffs Office and the Town of Cairo Police Department.  Investigation revealed that Sanders was selling prescription medication  from his business located on Main Street in Cairo.  Sanders was Arraigned before the Greene County Court Judge Terry Wilhelm and remanded to the Greene County Jail on lieu of 5k cash bail 10K bond.
