Man arrested for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs at Liberty barracks

On 09/08/2015, troopers from the Liberty barracks arrested David Finn, 54, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs. At approximately 9:15 a.m., Finn was observed driving a blue Honda Fit into the parking lot of SP Liberty. He then entered the barracks to report missing property. As troopers interviewed Finn, they observed that he was shaking and acting erratically. When asked if he had taken any medications, Finn admitted that he had taken methadone early in the day. He performed and failed Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and was placed under arrest for DWAI-Drugs. A blood sample was drawn by Mobil Medic and is pending laboratory analysis. He was processed and released to a third party. Finn is to appear in the town of Liberty court on 9/28/15 at 9:00 a.m.
