Thirty-Two year old man from United Kingdom found to be in possession of child pornography.

On September 3, 2015, the New York State Police at Kingston arrested David N Seddon, age 32 of Wirral, United Kingdom for possession of an obscene sexual performance of a child.
Seddon was arrested as the result of a week long investigation that lead to the discovery of images depicting a child less than 16 years of age engaged in lewd and sexual acts on a computer in his workplace. The investigation revealed that Seddon knowingly downloaded the illegal images onto the computer while at his place of employment in the Town of Denning, Ulster County.
Seddon was arraigned in the Town of Olive Court and remanded to the Ulster County Jail without bail. He is due back in Denning Court at a later date.
