Hudson woman arrested for DWI

Greenport, New York – On September 2, 2015, New York State Police from the Livingston barracks arrested 24-year-old Shannan F. Kipp, of Hudson, New York, for with Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
Troopers stopped pick-up truck traveling on Route 66 following a Columbia County 911 call alerting police to an erratic vehicle. The driver, identified as Kipp, was intoxicated at the time of the traffic stop.
Kipp provided a positive breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .12%. She was issued traffic tickets directing her to appear before the Town of Greenport Court on September 7, 2015 at 3:00 p.m.
