Woodstock Man Arrested for Possession of Child Pornography

PRESS RELEASE
On September 1, 2015 the New York State Police at Kingston arrested Ernest M. Falconer, age 63 of Woodstock, NY for one count of Possession of a Sexual Performance by a Child, a Class E Felony.
On June 25, 2015 the New York State Police conducted an investigation into the distribution of possible child pornography utilizing a known social network. After investigation a forensic analysis was done on Falconer’s computer and he was found to possess child pornography.
Falconer arraigned by Town of Ulster Justice Weiss and released on his own recognizance and ordered to reappear in the Town of Woodstock Court at a later date.
