Wanted for criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, unlawful possession of marihuana
CHRISTOPHER R. MACDOWELL is currently wanted by the New York State Police in Sidney. In May 2013, he was arrested after a traffic stop for unlawfully possessing Percocet and marihuana in Sidney, NY. MACDOWELL failed to show in court and in October of 2013, the Town of Sidney Court issued an arrest warrant. MACDOWELL has a tattoo/art of a cross on his right arm.

EMILIE R. DIAMOND is wanted on a bench warrant from the Town of Wilton Court for failure to appear after an arrest earlier this year for the above charges. Diamond has ties to the Wilton area but may be stayingat an address in Troy to avoid apprehension and is known to frequent Central Avenue in Albany in conjunction with her drug habit.

Wanted for identity theft 2nd degree
STEPHANIE FORESTIER is wanted by the New York State Police and the Town of Somers Court following a fraud complaint. Forestier assumed the identity of an aquaintence and charged over $1200 on the victim’s credit card without her knowledge. In July of 2015, the Town of Somers Court issued a warrant ordering Forestier’s arrest. Forestier may be in the New York City area.

Wanted for issuing bad checks
Dominique D. Davis is wanted by the New York State Police and the City of Batavia Court. Davis wrote three checks totaling almost $1000 to a car repair corporation, at three different locations, knowing she did not have sufficient funds to cover the checks. The City of Batavia Court issued a Bench Warrant after Davis failed to report to Court on September 24, 2014 to answer to the charge.

KENNETH BRASSFIELD is wanted by the New York State Police and Nassau County First District Court for the above charges. In 2014, Brassfield was involved in an auto accident involving injuries on the Southern State Parkway and left the accident scene. The defendant’s last known address is on Martin Avenue in Hempstead NY.

LAURA M. DOLON is wanted by the New York State Police on a bench warrant for driving while intoxicated. On April 11, 2007, Dolon was traveling on the New York State Thruway when she was stopped by State Police. During the course of the Trooper’s investigation it was determined that Dolon was intoxicated.
