Fishkill man arrested following road rage incident

Fishkill, New York – On September 2, 2015, New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation from the Wappinger barracks arrested Marten J. Robitaille, age 34, of Fishkill, NY. Robitaille was charged with Menacing 2nd, a Class A Misdemeanor.
On September 1, 2015, at about 11:19 p.m., police responded for the report of a road rage incident on Interstate-84 in which a motorist displayed what appeared to be a handgun. Robitaille was identified as the suspect, and he was found to possess an imitation pistol.
State Police were assisted by the Town of Fishkill Police Department.
Robitaille is scheduled to appear at the Town of Fishkill Justice Court on
September 9, 2015, at 9:00 a.m.
