Peekskill man arrested for DWI subsequent to vehicle and traffic complaint

PRESS RELEASE

Philipstown, New York – On August 30, 2015, New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks arrested Claudio R. Panza, 28 years old, of Peekskill, New York, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.

Following an erratic vehicle complaint reported to police, Panza was found to be intoxicated.

Panza supplied police with a positive breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .14% and was issued traffic tickets directing him to appear before the Town of Philipstown Court on September 9, 2015 at 9:00 a.m.
