Rhinebeck, New York – For people traveling to the Dutchess County Fair today, traffic in the area of the fairgrounds continues to increase as the day progresses. Traffic is moving, but slower than normal. Please be patient and follow the signs and directions from law enforcement personnel and parking attendants. Provisions are in place to open an additional parking area if necessary.
