18-Year-old Carmel man arrested for Burglary

Southeast, New York – On August 18, 2015, New York State Police from the Brewster barracks arrested Patrick O’Keefe, 18 years old, of Carmel, New York, for Burglary 2nd Degree, a Class C Felony.
On July 26, 2015, Troopers were dispatched to a Southeast residence to investigate the report of a residential burglary. Subsequent to an investigation conducted by the State Police, it was discovered that O’Keefe had entered the victim’s home and stole beer.
O’Keefe was arraigned before the Town of Southeast Justice Court and remanded to the Putnam County Jail on $200 cash bail or $1,000 bond. He is scheduled to re-appear before the Town of Southeast Court on September 15, 2015 at 3:00 p.m.
