Beacon man arrested following child pornography investigation

PRESS RELEASE
On August 28, 2015, the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation from the Wappinger barracks arrested Kevin P. Egan, 33 years old, of Beacon, New York, for Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child, a Class E Felony.
An investigation was conducted by the NYSP Computer Crimes Unit and Egan was arrested for possessing child pornography.
Egan is scheduled to appear at the Town of Fishkill Justice Court on September 8, 2015, at 9:00 am.
