Man Arrested for Sexual Abuse

On August 27th Kenneth McCarthy was arrested by the Ulster County Family Violence Unit for Sexual Abuse 3rd and Endangering The Welfare of a Child for inappropiate touching of a minor. McCarthy is an employee of the Arthur Mulligan Bus Company. His is scheduled to return to court on September 9th in the Town of Rochester.
